Shae and her friend, Maeghan got on a little baking kick the other night! Their baking talents are, shall I say, limited....so I was a little concerned about them wanting to make fruit pizza. IT turned out beautiful and even tasted de-lish! Here they are on their way to share it with some BOYS! (who demolished it!) Scott and I had gone out to eat while the girls baked and babysat! When we got home we found that our bed had become a classroom for Lindsay and Anna's "school". Wow! When we asked where we were supposed to sleep they just said "you can sleep on the couch!" At least they were running a "Christian" school...see the open Bibles on the desks??
Fruit Pizza
*Spread one package of Pillsbury sugar cookie dough on a pizza stone.
Bake at 350 until slightly browned.
Mix together in a bowl:
1pkg. cream cheese
1/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
When the cookie has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
Decorate the "pizza" with sliced fuit, as desired.
You can make a lemon glaze to put over the fruit to keep it from turning brown, but it isn't necessary when you are planning to eat it all!
