Scott has bottled his first batch of honey!
Our friend, Tom Darnell (a North Carolina boy) got Scott all set up with his own hive full of working (and I mean working) bees last year. They live in our back yard and have never bothered us. Scott has been stung a few times, but only because he messes with them. They are amazing creatures and it is just incredible to see the product of all their labor~beautiful, sweet, pure honey!
We ordered special "Merry Christmas" labels for the bottles.
