Shae turned 16 on Saturday, September 27th. Wow! Where have the years gone? She has been such a joy and a blessing to our family. I pray that as she prepares to leave our home she will continue to seek God's will for her life and her desire to serve him will intensify with each year. It is hard for me to imagine her only being home for one more year..then (sniff sniff) I must let my little bird fly with the wings that we have tried to nourish.
She has wonderful friends! They all had a wonderful time celebrating her birthday with a yummy dinner (fajitas catered by Dad aka " ChipolteLuff"). We had a self serve "candy Bar" and they watched a movie..outside...sooo fun! But, the most fun thing was hearing them laughing until they were crying while taking pictures on the photobooth feature of her new Mac laptop!! Who knew distorting your face on camera could be so entertaining!!
