I have a great site I use called www.smilebox.com. Also, for a short while I was actually employed as a digital photograher and photo editor for www.TheKnot.com. I know a (very) few nifty tricks, but honestly if any of your readers really need help learning the ins and outs of digital photo editing check out "photo editing tutorials" on YouTube. (Dang-- that was way too infomercial-y and not very personal.)

I love Piknic and have been known to get the "shine" off my face in several of my pictures using it! Nothing like a little photo editing to make you look better...or worse! :)
