There are so many things to think about and even more to PRAY about when you have a child about to graduate high school and go away to college. How thankful I am for the many Bible verses that bring comfort as I prepare to send my first born into the world.
"He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty."
Ps. 91:1

It will be hard to let her go but you also know what a great thing it is for her. God will protect and watch over her and you at home as well. Blessings!

Thanks, Kim! I can't wait to come to Aleah's wedding! You are entering into a fun time of your life too!! I pray that Shae will continue to make great decisions and end up serving the Lord with the ONE God has chosen for her...like Aleah has done!

I don't like to think about Hilary going away to college at all. Sometimes I think I pretend it is not going to happen. Hilary will be going to a secular college and living in the dorms, and it will be a stretch for my faith, that's for sure. I pray SOOOOOOOO much more now that my kids are teenagers and almost adults.
